have not much of an idea as to the origination of this quote but the meaning it
conveys can be summarized as Knower of Brahman (the Creator of the cosmos) becomes
god".
Any human being who has been able to Realize God in this life transgresses life
itself. Free from all bondage,
this human being who has attained Cosmic knowledge (Jnana)
has liberated himself from the cycle of Life and Death forever.
One
who has seen sun in its entirety need not know the power of a lamp. One who has
embraced God needs to know nothing further. He becomes an enlightened
being. Mahavira,
Gautama Buddha,
Jesus
Christ and prophet
Mohammed were all Knowers of Brahman.

come across the quote prajnatnam brahma-knowledge is god. I shall be grateful
if you could kindly send me details of this quote as to from where it originates
and the wider meaning. I am a practitioner of knowledge management and would like
to incorporate it in my lectures.
