Query:
You say,
after Realization we escape from the cycle
of birth and death. Where do we go...does everything end for us? Do
we no longer exist...do we loose our self?
Vijay
Kumar:
After
Self Realization, our real self, our atman the soul within regains its pure status.
Every atman the soul within has to pass through a total of 8.4 million manifestations
before it gets purified i.e. it comes back to its original form. One K.G of Iron
gets separated from hundred K.G of iron ore. 99 K.G of impurities which surrounded
one K.G of Iron have lost their meaning now. One K.G of pure Iron need not again
get surrounded by impurities/manifest a body.
The
purified Atman does not need a body further. cycle of Birth and Death now ceases
to exist. A body was required by atman the soul within to purify itself and once
purified, no further manifestation is required.
After
Self Realization, everything ends for the present body. After
Self Realization Ramakrishna Paramhansa left his body. His Atman would
never again manifest a body. Ramakrishna Paramhansa as a human being ceases to
exist but his Atman lives forever and graces us as and when we invoke the mighty
power known as Ramakrishna Paramhansa. After death of body Ramakrishna Paramhansa
did not lose his self but regained to his original self, his atman the soul within
which is ever immortal and indestructible.
For
a God Realized soul everything ends for the body as one can only attain Moksha.
After Salvation, one can only remembered as Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Mahirshi Ramana,
Prophet
Mohammed, Jesus
Christ, Gautama Buddha and Mahavira.
