you mean by practicing Neti? How can one practise neti?

process of neti was best practiced by Mahirshi Ramana ... you may purchase any
good book written on Mahirshi Ramana or one written by Ramanna himself. Some books
of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan are simply wonderful. The process of practicing neti
has been explained in detail in one of my Essays/Glossary
on my homepage ... you may further refer them here.
Neti
broadly means negating everything in this World ... and what remains ultimately
is nothing but God himself ... we come face-to-face with our Atman within ...
realize that our Atman soul is the only true essence of life which is nothing
but a minuscule part of God Almighty.
